Once you’re up and running, our objective is to keep you that way. ROA employs live operators, live service help desk operators, and live IT help desk technicians. If you need to order supplies or place an onsite service call, our live operators can provide immediate service when you need it. Our IT remote support service gives us the opportunity to work with you if you have problems or questions that can be answered without the need for an on-site visit.
Manuals, Brochures, and Guides
If you need a specific device manual or brochure for your equipment, simply go to Ricoh or Xerox . Search for your model by typing the model number into the search bar, or select the category and subcategory to view the available models in that subcategory. When searching for the model of your device, remember the model number is different from the Rabbit ID number. Once you have located your machine, download the guides and manuals either as PDF or HTML files viewable in your web browser.
